5. Course Enrollment and Payments

a) Enrollment

Course enrollment is subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.

b) Pricing and Payments

• All prices are listed in FCFA (Central African CFA franc) unless otherwise stated
• Payment must be made in full before accessing course materials
• We accept Mobile Money, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers

c) Refund Policy

• Refunds are available within 7 days of enrollment if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content
• No refunds will be issued after this period
• Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@neurawave.com

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, documents, quizzes, and other content, are the intellectual property of Neurawave Tech Academy or our licensed partners. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or share course materials without permission
• Use course content for commercial purposes
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
